terra: migrate quickshell config into repo, add quickshell + opencode packages
Config was symlinked from ~/.dots/quickshell (separate dotfiles repo); now tracked here and applied via home-manager xdg.configFile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
